Additional Occupant: ‘Hamiltons’, ‘Single Tree Cottage’, ‘Howlands’ & ‘The Granary’ can accept one additional person only using a put-up bed. Extra charge per night at 50% of per-person tariff.

Short Breaks: Available for a minimum of 3 nights during the low- and some mid-season weeks, and occasionally during high season at short notice. The basis for pricing short breaks spanning two tariff periods will be the higher tariff.

Extended Stays: Discounted stays in excess of 2 weeks can be arranged subject to a refundable damages deposit equivalent to one full week tariff for the cottage, and regular (by arrangement) chargeable cottage cleans, linen changes and electricity readings/payments.

Pets: Allowed in some cottages by arrangement only and for an additional charge. Please ask. See Booking Conditions.

Allergies: As ‘Langrig’ is both our largest cottage and our only “allergy-free” cottage (no pets, feathers etc), we are happy to price it for up to two persons (ground floor occupancy only - prices as for ‘Howlands’).

Smoking: All cottages are completely non-smoking.

Heating: The primary heating in each cottage, and the water heating, is provided through a centralised oil-fired system. Each cottage has a single large radiator in the open plan living area, controlled by a wall-mounted room thermostat. Additional electric heaters are provided throughout the cottage, including the bedrooms.

Tariff includes:
1. VAT at the Standard rate.
2. Use of all linen & towels: two pillows per person and a duvet on each bed.

Tariff excludes:
1. Electricity: Charged at 20p per unit. Meters are read on arrival and departure. Settlement on morning of departure.
2. Equipment: Cots, high chairs and accessible equipment (incl. all hoists) are available for hire on a daily basis. Please see EQUIPMENT LIST for details & rates.
