VAT is included at the Standard rate.

Additional Occupant: £30 extra per week. Zed-bed available ('Hamiltons', 'Single Tree Cottage' or 'The Granary'). 'Howlands' has a pullout bed in the single bedroom.

Short Breaks: Available during the low- and some mid-season weeks, and occasionally during high season at short notice. Please ask. 3 nights minimum stay is 50% of the weekly tariff. 4-6 nights priced pro-rata on weekly tariff. The basis for pricing short breaks spanning two tariff periods will be the higher tariff rate.

Pets: Allowed in some cottages at a charge of £10 per week. See Booking Conditions.

Allergies: 'Langrig' is kept "allergy free". No pets or smoking allowed in this cottage.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted, other than in 'Langrig', on the understanding that guests respect the Booking Conditions relating to smoking in the cottages and on site.

'Langrig': As 'Langrig' is both our largest cottage and our only "allergy-free" cottage, we are happy to price for it up to two persons (ground floor occupancy only - prices as for 'Hamiltons') or for 3-4 persons (prices as for 'Single Tree Cottage').

Tariff includes: Use of all linen, towels, cot, high chair and most other available equipment (see separate equipment list). There are 2 pillows per person and a duvet on each bed.

Tariff excludes: Electricity. Charged at 12p per unit. Meters are read on arrival and departure. Settlement on morning of departure.

Heating: The primary heating in each cottage, and the water heating, is provided through a centralised oil fired system. Each cottage has a single large radiator in the open plan living area, controlled by a wall-mounted room thermostat. Additional electric heaters are provided throughout the cottage, including the bedrooms.
