Sleeps 4. Ground Level. Large living room with attractive original stone internal walls and feature electric fire. Dining area. Kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. Two single bedrooms, one only suitable for wheelchair user; large double or twin bedded room.

Fully accessible ensuite bathroom with WC & WHB, and with electric shower over the bath. Extra room with WC and washbasin. Optional overhead electric hoist from large bedroom to bathroom.

Sleeps four. One extra person could be accommodated on a zed-bed (additional charge). The cottage is entirely at Ground Level. The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan. The living/dining area has a feature electric fire with attractive original stone internal walls. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, and a washer/dryer. The crockery is high quality Denby.

The large master bedroom has twin beds. The mattresses can be zipped together to form a double bed (please state preference on booking). There are two single bedrooms, only one of which is suitable for a wheelchair user. The bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom, and can also be accessed separately from the hallway. There is an optional electric ceiling hoist (Wessex) which tracks from the Master Bedroom to the en-suite bathroom and transfers to the toilet and bath. There is a n electric shower over the bath. There is an extra room with WC and washbasin.
