• We have been so comfortable, warm and cosy here. We have nothing but praise for this lovely cottage (Single Tree Cottage). Thank you for our stay.

• A truly warm welcome awaited the Webster brood who celebrated my sister's big (50th) birthday. We had a great time with friends and family, with a surprise from my brother in England. A grand time was had by all!!! Thanks to all Rob.

• We have had a lovely family holiday at Eildon Holiday Cottages. We have enjoyed walks into Melrose, relaxing in the beautiful and spacious lounge (Howlands) and eating with all our family round the dinner table. Thank you!

• Dear Rob, we have found this cottage (Single Tree Cottage), surrounding nature and the town of Melrose absolutely enchanting. We have enjoyed our stay immensely and we hope to come back. Your warm welcome was very nice and the cookies were delicious. This cottage was a perfectly comfortable home for the week and we found your facilities for a disabled person excellent. We were very lucky to enjoy both rainy and sunny Scotland. Thank you and goodbye to you, your family and the sheep.
